Terms of service
The agreement between DealCraft and the business running a game on it. Plain words, because a promotion you cannot explain to your own customer is not worth running.
Who this is between
DealCraft is operated by Dato Diasamidze, registered in Georgia, reachable at hello@dealcraft.io. In this document “we” is DealCraft and “you” is the business that opens an account.
DealCraft attaches a chance-based game to your products and decides every outcome on our server against the win rate and the caps you configure. Opening an account means you accept these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you may bind it.
Your account
One owner account per business. Give real details, keep the password to yourself, and tell us promptly if you think someone else has it. Everything done through your account is treated as done by you.
You must confirm your email address before you can publish a game. That gate exists because a published game spends a real budget, issues real codes and fires real webhooks.
Plans and payment
The free tier includes 200 plays a month. Paid plans are monthly and metered on plays. Current prices and limits are on the pricing page and are the ones that apply.
Payments are taken by Dodo Payments, who act as merchant of record. Your card details go to them, never to us; we store only which plan you are on, your customer and subscription identifiers, and the current period.
At 80% of your plan's play limit we warn you. A 10% grace buffer follows. Past that a game shows a paused state rather than breaking, and no overage is charged without you choosing a larger plan.
You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal and the plan keeps running to the end of the period you already paid for. We do not refund part-months. If we change a price we will tell you before it applies to you.
Your games are your promotion
You set the win rate, the budget, the prizes and the limits. We enforce them: no traffic level can make a game spend more than you agreed to. What we do not do is decide whether running a prize promotion is lawful where your customers are.
You are the promoter. You are responsible for the promotion's legality, for the terms and the odds you publish, for any age limit, for whether a purchase may be required, and for any country you need to exclude. The product gives you fields for all of these; filling them in correctly is yours.
Published odds are stated as a maximum, because a prize that sells out changes the real chances. Do not describe them as anything else.
Rewards are a claim on you, not on us
When a player wins, we issue a code and record it. The discount or item behind that code is yours to honour. DealCraft never holds the value of a reward and is never the party a winner claims against.
Each reward carries an expiry set by you. An expired unused reward releases its reserved budget back to the game but never un-counts a winner. You can give a reward back when an order is cancelled, or end it outright; both return the money to the budget.
Handing a reward over happens on your side, through your checkout, the dashboard, or a PIN-protected staff link. Once a code is marked used it stays used unless you give it back yourself.
What you may not do
Do not try to learn or influence an outcome before it is revealed, or help anyone else to. The result is decided on our server before any animation runs, and attempting to reach it is a breach of these terms.
Do not resell or share access to the platform, run someone else's promotion under your account, upload a brand you have no right to use, or use DealCraft to operate a lottery or gambling product that requires a licence you do not hold.
Do not attempt to reach another business's data, probe the service for weaknesses without asking us first, or send automated traffic beyond the documented API.
Players
A player can play anonymously or with a DealCraft account, depending on how you set the game up. Player accounts belong to the player, not to you; you never receive their password and you do not get a list of every account on the platform.
Contact details a player gives you through a game are yours to use, lawfully and for the purpose they were given. Our privacy notice explains what we hold and why.
Availability
DealCraft runs from a single region today and we do not offer a service level agreement. We will take the service down for maintenance when we need to, and we aim to do it outside business hours in Georgia.
We can suspend an account for unpaid charges, or immediately where a game appears to breach these terms or the law. Where we can, we will tell you first.
Liability
The service is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or free of faults, and we are not liable for a promotion you chose to run, a reward you chose to give, or a decision you took on the basis of the analytics.
Where liability cannot be excluded, ours is limited in total to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for fraud or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.
Ending the agreement
You can close your account at any time from settings. We can end this agreement with reasonable notice, or immediately for a serious breach.
After closure we keep what we must for tax and accounting and delete the rest. Plays and rewards already issued stay on record for as long as a dispute about them is possible, because they are the evidence of what happened.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change matters to you we will tell you by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use DealCraft after that means you accept the new version. The date at the top says when this text last changed.
Law
Georgian law governs this agreement, and the courts of Tbilisi have jurisdiction. If you deal with consumers in another country, that does not remove rights their own law gives them.
