Refund policy
DealCraft has a free plan so you can try everything before you pay. For that reason paid plans are not refundable. This page explains what that means in practice.
In short
All payments for paid plans are final and non-refundable, including the first payment, renewals and upgrades. You can cancel at any time, and you keep what you paid for until the end of the period.
Cancelling
Cancel from the Plan page in your dashboard or by writing to hello@dealcraft.io. Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your paid plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, after which your account moves to the free plan. Your games, data and issued rewards are kept.
Changing plans
When you move to a larger plan, the charge is calculated by Dodo Payments and shown to you before you confirm. When you move to a smaller plan, the change applies from your next billing period and no credit is given for the current one.
What is not refunded
We do not refund unused time, unused plays, paused or unpublished games, periods in which you did not use the service, or charges for a renewal you forgot to cancel.
Billing errors
If you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount or charged after you cancelled, write to us within 30 days of the charge. A charge that was made in error is corrected in full; this is a correction, not an exception to this policy.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits a right that the law gives you and that cannot be excluded by contract.
Payments through Dodo Payments
Dodo Payments processes all payments as merchant of record, and its buyer terms also apply to your purchase. Please contact us before opening a chargeback with your bank; most billing questions are resolved faster by email.
